Pharmacy Services are available at our Lillington site but are only for use by First Choice Community Health Centers patients. Because of our affiliation with federal funding, our Pharmacies offer our customers medication pricing at the lowest possible cost. Customers without insurance may or may not qualify for our Sliding Fee program or a 340B discount based on household income and Medicaid qualification status. The 340B drug discount program is a government program that requires manufacturers of medications to provide more affordable and easily accessible outpatient drugs to eligible healthcare organizations. These services are a benefit to our patients only and are, unfortunately, not available to community members outside our organization.
