Criteria for Vaccination:

FCCHC will be adhering to the current NCDHHS guidelines for vaccination by group and will be provided for anyone in the currently active groups as defined by the NCDHHS. For more information or to see if you qualify please visit https://covid19.ncdhhs.gov/vaccines/find-your-spot-take-your-shot

You will be required to complete registration forms that ask several important questions complying with FCCHC standards and regulatory reporting procedures

A registration form will be required for EACH person being vaccinated

You DO NOT need insurance to get a vaccine. The is free. Insurance information does not affect eligibility. If you have insurance it will be billed, BUT YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED!

Please have your ID and insurance card (if applicable) at your vaccination/test appointment

Upon arrival proceed to the front of the building for screening

A provider will meet you at the front entrance and direct you to the COVID-19 clinic
Community Drive Thru COVID-19 Testing
On Thursday's testing will be conducted at:
First Choice Community Health Centers, Lillington Location

Lillington, NC 27456
8:00am - 6:00pm
What to expect when you arrive:

Please remember to bring your ID and insurance card with you

Follow the posted signage to enter the drive-thru testing area
-
Please have each person seeking a test seated at a rolled-down window
-
Results are typically available within 14 days. The increase in COVID-19 testing has created a nationwide shortage of supplies needed to process COVID-19 tests. There may be a delay in receiving your test results.

If you consider yourself in need of COVID-19 testing, you are declaring you should self-quarantine. You can expect to confirm your willingness to immediately be quarantined in your home for at least 10 days and longer if your symptoms do not get better

To protect the health and safety of staff and others being tested, public restrooms will not be available on site

To comply with federal and state privacy laws, audio and video recording is not permitted on the premises
-
If you begin having severe symptoms, don’t wait for your appointment. Call 911 or call ahead then go to the Emergency Room
-
Test collection sites are held outdoors and are dependent upon the weather. In case of weather events (rain, strong winds, cold weather, etc.), check the First Choice Community Health Centers website and social media pages for information about cancellations.


When to seek medical attention:
If you have any of these emergency warning signs* for COVID-19 get medical attention immediately:

Trouble breathing

Persistent pain or pressure in the chest

New confusion or inability to arouse
-
Bluish lips or face
*This list is not all possible symptoms. Please call your medical provider for any other symptoms that are severe or concerning to you.
Call 911 if you have a medical emergency: Notify the operator that you have, or think you might have, COVID-19. If possible, put on a cloth face covering before medical help arrives.
